We do automatic back ups of the server in case it does go down. We do them weekly on sundays, so your in formation will be backed up until the previous sunday.

Payments

All custom projects that are not listed as monthly subscription packages on our website will be paid for 50 % upfront and 50 % when our clients are happy on completion of the project.

For our monthly packages you will be billed monthly with PayPal for the subscription you enrolled in.

Cancellations

You can cancel any subscription at anytime, but before you leave we would like to know how we can improve our service to meet your requirements.

Also during custom projects you are free to cancel at any time during the project, but your 50 % upfront project payment will not be refunded.

Beyond this we do not take any responsibility for website down time or data loss due to factors outside our control.

We further do not take any responsibility for websites hosted with other hosting companies.
